Holden and Associates has an Appraisal Institute SRA designated appraiser on staff and most of our appraisers are FHA approved, all of our appraisers are licensed/certified with most having a minimum of five years of appraisal experience. Holden & Associates covers the following counties in New York State: Albany, Columbia, Essex, Fulton, Greene, Hamilton, Montgomery, Rensselaer, Saratoga, Schenectady, Schoharie, Warren and Washington.
